2. Using this website
You may use this website to learn about Learnoliday, subscribe to the newsletter, and send information or booking-interest requests. You agree to provide accurate information and to use the website lawfully.
There are currently no user accounts. If accounts are introduced later, extra account terms may apply.
3. Newsletter and messages
If you subscribe to the newsletter, we may email you Learnoliday updates. You can unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link in the email or by contacting us.
If you send a contact or request form, we may reply by email, phone, or WhatsApp using the details you provided.
4. Camps, payments, and refunds
Website forms and emails do not by themselves create a confirmed camp booking unless we clearly confirm that in writing. Camp participation, refunds, cancellation rules, and family responsibilities may be governed by separate camp or refund contracts.
When paid services are offered, payments may be processed by Stripe. Stripe may apply its own terms for payment processing.
5. Parents and children
Learnoliday is intended for families. A parent, legal guardian, or authorized caregiver must submit requests involving a child and is responsible for the accuracy of child-related information.
6. Prohibited use
You must not:

- abuse, spam, overload, or interfere with the website;
- try to reverse engineer, bypass, or test security without permission;
- submit false, misleading, unlawful, or harmful information;
- copy Learnoliday content, branding, photos, or course material without permission.

The Learnoliday name, branding, website text, images, design, and materials belong to JKC BV or its licensors unless stated otherwise. You may view them for personal, non-commercial use, but you may not reuse them commercially without written permission.

The website may link to or use third-party services such as Resend, Vercel, Stripe, WhatsApp, or external websites. We are not responsible for third-party websites or services, and their own terms and privacy notices may apply.

We try to keep the website accurate and available, but we cannot promise it will always be error-free or uninterrupted. To the maximum extent allowed by law, JKC BV is not liable for indirect loss, lost profits, or issues caused by third-party services.
