Learnoliday is a brand operated by JKC BV, a Belgian company with company number BE1003055917. JKC BV is the data controller for the personal data described in this statement.

2. What we collect
We collect personal data only when you choose to provide it.
- Newsletter: your email address and subscription status.
- Emails and contact forms: your name, email address, subject, and message.
- Booking-interest requests: parent or guardian contact details, country, optional phone number, child name, age, English level, optional English name, and notes you add.
- Website preferences: your language choice and cookie/analytics choice.
- Website analytics: if accepted, Vercel Analytics gives us anonymous, cookie-free usage information.

- To reply to your messages and information requests.
- To send the newsletter when you subscribe.
- To understand interest in Learnoliday camps and follow up.
- To prepare payments through Stripe when paid services are offered.
- To keep the site secure and working correctly.

4. Legal bases
- Consent: newsletter subscription and optional analytics.
- Contract or pre-contract steps: booking-interest and payment requests.

5. Children
Learnoliday is intended for families, including children under 16, but children do not create accounts on this website. A parent or guardian provides any child information needed for a request or booking-interest form.
We use child information only to respond to the family request or prepare a camp booking. We do not use children's data for marketing.
6. Who helps us process data
We use trusted service providers only where needed to run the site and respond to you. This includes Resend for newsletter and email delivery, Vercel for hosting and analytics, and Stripe for payments when paid services are offered.
We may also share information if required by law, or with camp partners when needed for a confirmed booking under separate camp terms.
7. How long we keep it
- Newsletter data: until you unsubscribe.
- Contact and request messages: normally up to 12 months.
- Booking-interest data: as long as needed to handle the request, booking, or related legal obligations.
- Consent cookie: up to 180 days.
- Accounting records after payment: for the legal retention period that applies in Belgium.
8. Your rights
Under EU data protection law, you can ask to access, correct, delete, restrict, or receive a copy of your personal data. You can also withdraw consent for the newsletter or analytics.

We do not use advertising cookies. Our site uses only necessary preference cookies, such as language and cookie choices. Vercel Analytics is cookie-free and optional in our cookie banner.
